Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge in the financial services sector Arkenstone Wealth Management a wellestablished IFA practice in Wimbledon is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our growing team. The Opportunity:

As a Client Administrator at Arkenstone Wealth Management you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced financial advisers and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be exposed to a wide range of financial planning tasks gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the wealth management sector. Our closeknit team and supportive work environment will provide you with the ideal platform to develop your skills take on new challenges and shape your career path within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to our financial advisers.
  • Manage adviser diaries and assist during client meetings ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit applications to providers ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update backoffice systems and client data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Process investment instructions and liaise with paraplanners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Positive attitude strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
