Job Description
We are looking for personnel with experience in minor renovations for general maintenance of rental apartments.
Stable work from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in buildings.
Tasks
- Minor plumbing and electricity painting drywall floors.
- Simple maintenance of washing machines dryers.
- General renovations.
Requirements
- Experience in remodeling maintenance or construction at least 4 years
- Work permit and SS
- Drivers license (clean)
- Intermediate or advanced English
- Must accept backgorund check and drug exam
Benefits
Hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
40h/week security.

Salary increase after 90 days
