Job Title: Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager
Location: Century City or Encino California (Hybrid basis)

Role: Oversee all financial and tax aspects related to assigned client accounts
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex multistate tax returns
Stay updated with changing state and federal laws policies etc. that may affect clients finances
Supervise and review staffs preparation of moderately complex tax returns
Conduct tax research and multijurisdictional planning
Coach and train staff members and address performance issues
Assist partners in identifying and onboarding prospective clients
Support Account Managers with contracts budgeting home purchases tours and yearend
Undertake other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in accounting and taxation for high networth individuals and entertainers
Bachelors degree in finance business administration accounting or comparable
Active CPA license (preferred)
Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills
Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through
Commitment to professionalism and accuracy
Knowledge of auditing standards procedures laws and regulations
Experience with DataFaction/Agilink and Go Systems or comparable tax software (preferred)
Experience with royalties touring services music publishing and record label administration (preferred)

Compensation:
Manager: $97509 to $149500 per year
Sr. Manager: $132100 to $183000 per year
