Job Description
Role: Business Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Computer Science or similar plus 8 years of experience
- 8 years of hand on experience in System analyst role for wealth management Trading Banking Capital markets industry.
- 6 years of leadership experience leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent RDBMS skills to query and data analysis.
- Great understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures. Should be aware of using and concepts of REST APIs messaging based integration etc.

- Highly organized creative motivated and passionate about achieving results
- Ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in delivering technology enabled business solutions that exceed business expectations
- Demonstrated ability to define drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization is essential
- Quick learner and selfstarter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills & strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Understanding and implementation of CI/CD/Dev Ops practices lean methodologies
