Job Description

Hyderabad as Executive Assistant will report to Director
  • Manage Calendar
  • Go for/ join the meetings Considering ED has a global portfolio his EA might have to join the meeting in the late Evening
  • Make notes and send MOM
  • Create daily task and remind the user about the same
  • Followup on pending activities
  • Should be able to prepare a presentation.
  • Good Communication is must
  • Should have an Experience of more than 7 years
