Job Description
Qualification : CA/ MBA Finance
Experience : 10 Years in similar position
Responsibilities :
Fund raising
Liasoning with banks and financial institutions to arrange secured/unsecured (Bank loans/ NCD) lending at competitive pricing
Investments
Having good understanding of economy interest rates and currencies. Good connection with brokers /consultants. Explore new products available in the market and recommend instruments for instrument basis the risk profile.
Looking at timely churning of funds based on returns and ensuring there are no idle funds
Credit Ratings
Preparing CMA & Projections for rating agencies and banks
Provide all the necessary information and data to banks/Rating Agencies with help of Team
Investor Relations
Spearheading the Investor Relations function along with the CEO and CFO.
Making quarterly Board & investors presentations Corporate & Strategy presentations as required.
Regular interaction with Buy /Sell Side investors/ fund managers/ analysts pertaining to the companys financials and business.
