Store Manager

Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Store Manager located in Pueblo CO. The Store Manager will be responsible for daytoday operations including customer satisfaction customer service communication store management and retail loss prevention. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of the stores operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. This will lead in to profit share and potential ownwrship of stores.

Qualifications

• Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in store management
• Plus if have Mattress management experience
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Good human
• Great at pillow fighting
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Previous experience in the mattress or retail industry is a plus
• Retail Management or a related field is preferred
