Job Description

Role :: IT Recruiter
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 5 years Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in Vendor Management to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. EndtoEnd IT Recruitment:

    • Source screen and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
    • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
    • Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Vendor Management:

    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
    • Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to ensure competitive rates and quality service.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  3. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
  4. Candidate Management:

    • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  5. Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment data and metrics.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
    • Use analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment and vendor management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking.
