About the Role
Location: Bangalore
Our growth plans:
We process close to 4% of the countrys freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the
countrys freight by 2028. This gives us a birds eye view of the market. Were already the largest road freight
technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software freight
marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.
About the Role:
As a Telecaller in our dynamic logistic marketplace you will be responsible for managing communication with
supply partners/ leads ensuring smooth coordination of logistics services and fostering strong relationships
to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Outbound calls to customers to generate orders and capture them in our CRM
Outbound calls to fulfill orders received from the customers by negotiating with the available
suppliers
Conduct outbound calls to supply and LSP partners to communicate service offerings and
updates.
Lead calling and onboarding the right quality of supply to ensure demand is met
Supplier training & building a strong relationship with suppliers.
Build working relationships with customers and ensure all their requirements come to our
platform
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient coordination of logistics services.
Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with supply partners in the CRM system.
