Job Description
Position: IT Field Service Technician I
Location: Boston MA 02108
Duration: 4 Months (Contract to Hire)
Driving Required: 40 to 50 miles in any direction but East (that is the ocean)
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of Printer repair and BreakFix exp.
Description:
- Field Service IT repairs on Lexmark printers POS equipment smart hands and laptop repair at the component level
- TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have Break fix experience and excellent customer service skills.
- Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights security and systems groups.
- Trains employees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures and orders and replaces.arts as needed.
- Break Fix experience on Desktop Laptop Printer and Servers.
