Savoy Sharm Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker Chef to join our team in Sharm El Sheikh. As a worldrenowned luxury hotel and resort we pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality of service and hospitality to our guests. We are looking for a professional and passionate individual who shares our commitment to excellence and has a strong background in baking and pastry arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods by closely following recipes and production schedules.
Oversee inventory and ordering of baking ingredients and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Train and supervise junior staff members in baking techniques and safety procedures.
Collaborate with other culinary team members to create new and innovative menu items.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Take part in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal offerings.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely service to guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Formal culinary training or relevant work experience as a Baker Chef.
Proven track record of producing highquality baked goods in a fastpaced environment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and equipment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
