Position: Multimedia Graphics and Motion Designer
Schedule: Monday Friday 9am5pm PST (12am8am PHT)
Salary Range:USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience knowledge skills and abilities)

About the Role:
As the Multimedia Graphic & Motion Designer at GR0 you have a unique opportunity to bring your creative flair to a dynamic ambitious and rapidly growing team. You'll play a handson role in conceptualizing and crafting exceptional visual elements across various digital mediums for our marketing channels. Your work will cater to both our internal team and external clients utilizing your exemplary design skills strategic insight and capacity to manage and oversee everyday tasks and projects that fuel growth. GR0 is seeking a Graphic Design enthusiast with a history of delivering unique and exceptional visual solutions for clients. You will report directly to the head of the department.

Your projects will span across multiple mediums and formats including print materials digital assets promotional items corporate branding presentations and motion graphics. You will bring a unique blend of artistic ability and strategic thinking to create compelling visuals that align with and enhance each client's brand.

Responsibilities:

• Visual Design:
  • Conceptualize and craft exceptional visual elements for a variety of marketing channels catering to both internal and external clients.
  • Develop unique and exceptional visual solutions across various mediums and formats including print materials digital assets promotional items corporate branding and presentations.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all materials while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
• Motion Graphics:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision goals and messaging for motion graphic projects.
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Produce highquality motion graphics that enhance brand identity and effectively communicate client messages.
  • Customize motion graphic templates to suit clients' unique branding and style guidelines.
• Project Management:
  • Utilize your design skills and strategic insight to manage and oversee everyday tasks and projects.
  • Proof and QA designs to ensure 100% errorfree execution.
  • Juggle multiple client projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Client Collaboration:
  • Present and pitch motion graphic concepts to clients incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate campaign performance to clients and build a clear roadmap for future strategies.
• Trend Awareness:
  • Stay ahead of design and cultural trends to provide onthepulse creative ad assets for our clients.
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other creative team members account managers and project managers to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 13 years of design experience with a proven track record of delivering unique highquality design solutions.
• Experience with Klaviyo HubSpot MailChimp and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Figma) and motion graphic tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Outstanding visual design skills complemented by a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions.
• Familiarity with current industry best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling visual designs.
• Keen attention to detail strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective member of a team.
• Experience in video editing motion graphics and 3D design would be advantageous but not necessary.
• Speed and efficiency in turning around projects quickly without compromising quality.
