Job Description:

The OT Security Project Manager should have a strong understanding of the emerging security
practices and standards. Consultant should have good understanding of Industrial Control
Systems (ICS) and responsible for the implementation and maintenance of systems protecting
and improving the security posture for the ICS environment. Should be able to consult engineer
and apply security best practices shall be responsible for overall delivery of OT Security
Implementation and Managed Service projects. Should be experienced in driving Project Delivery
Planning Business value initiatives Contract compliance Margin improvements and customer
satisfaction of the engagement.
This critical project delivery position would involve interaction with senior leadership of Customer
and contribute to revenue growth and margin improvement of the account. Experience in
executing multimillion dollar Cybersecurity projects is mandatory with knowledge of Agile life
cycle. ITIL & PMP certification would be an added advantage.
OT Security PM undertakes complex work of a highrisk level often working on several projects.

In this role you will:

Interact with senior stakeholders across departments.
Reach and influence a wide range of people across larger teams and communities.
Develop vision principles and strategy for security architects for one project or
technology.
Understand the impact of decisions balancing requirements and deciding between
approaches.
Be the point of escalation for architects.
Business impact & privacy analysis.
Prepare remediation plan and execution of plan.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Cyber Security Consulting or Advisory in Risk
Assessment BCP/DR Data Privacy.
Minimum 5 years of handson experience in IoT and OT security consulting and Advisory
in Risk Assessment.
Successfully delivered at least 2 (two) Cyber Security consulting projects as consultant in
recent years (2 years).
Good understanding on the Purdue model PLC SCADA ICS ISA/IEC 62443 COBIT and
ISO 27001 NIST PCIDSS standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Person should be responsible for driving the project delivery of Large Global Account for
Global Delivery and must align with customer priorities.
Person should have direct experience in project management of complex and large
programs /accounts customer relationships lead delivery account strategy and planning
along with GAEs and identify opportunities for growth.

Conduct regular delivery reviews to comply with customer
contract operational parameters and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high CSAT.
Enable career path for employees within accounts and ensuring employee satisfaction.
Would be instrumental in delivery led growth by scoping new opportunities within the
accounts.
Good understanding in Incident management / Service request and Change management
Ownership of all the Ops parameters like SLAs KPIs Quality Business Continuity
incident backlogs to oversee the project delivery commitments to client and to meet /
exceed SLA/KPI targets
Vendor management and OEM coordinations People management participate in
customer reviews and conduct monthly & Quarterly business reviews with Customers
senior leadership.
Organize periodic reviews with all leads and service owners
Periodic analysis of the inflight projects and track efforts spent by team.
Drive delivery led growth to increase revenue Improve the bulge billable rookie ration
Avg PPC and OM parameters to improve the account margin.
Maintain good Customer satisfaction scores in TCSAT PCSAT Pulse and ACSAT
Have an active engagement with customer and to build relationships at all levels of
customer organization by ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns and beat
their expectations.
