Job Description
Job Role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility including scheduling staffing and resource allocation.
- Hire train and supervise staff members ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate facility processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations staffing and finances.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the facility remains wellmaintained and operational.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly implementing appropriate measures to ensure the safety of staff and residents.
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively seeking costsaving opportunities where possible.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the facility meets the needs of its users.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments incorporating best practices into facility operations as appropriate.
