We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka.
We are in the search for a Senior Environment Engineer for one of the leading Food manufacturers in the Middle East. (Please note that this is a Joint recruitment with one of the leading Recruitment agencies based in Dubai). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering a proven track record of project management and a commitment to environmental stewardship.

Designation – Senior Environment Engineer
Location Middle East
Salary Can be around USD 5000 per month depending on the candidate's profile. Will be paid in local currency.
Visa Visa will be arranged by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental data compiling analysis & interpretation data presentation as part of regular reporting structure that supports any recent statutory amendments.
- Develop optimization plans for resource consumption and waste generation.
- Preparation of EMS Procedures and Work Instructions for the Environment Department
- Lead the analysis of Environmental KPI's and the resulting actionKPIs plans for their improvement.
- Assist in adhoc environmental projects and internal environmental audits and actively participate in certification audits conducted by external auditors.
- Maintain and update all EMS documents internal and external record files while staying updated with new developments in environmental policies and regulations.
- Work with crossfunctional teams and assist in search for sustainable solutions of environmental issues.
- Stay updated with new developments in environmental policies and regulations.
Education:
- Environmental / Chemical or relevant Engineering or Management degree. Possesing a valid EMS Certification is preferred.
Work Experience:
- 13 years of environmental experience
