Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for directing and controlling the daytoday housekeeping operations on the Floors or in the Public Areas in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. They assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper in the planning of the department.
Key Areas:
1. Hygiene standards are strictly monitored and followed
2. LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audit results are 85% and above
3. CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) results are rated on an average with 5 and above
4. ESS (Employee Satisfaction Survey) results are 75% and above
5. Other duties as assigned
