We put all our efforts to ensure that ordering a car through LIZY is as easy as ordering a toaster on Amazon and give our customers a Four Season type of experience. Since 2019 our business has been growing rapidly as were incredibly ambitious. Our goal is to become the European leader in digital car leasing. Our HQ is based in Brussels and weve put our first steps outside of Belgium with our new office in Paris. We are wellfunded (> 40m raised) and have a team of rockstars to make this happen (ExGoogle McKinsey Bain Deloitte Deloitte Cowboy ).

We are looking for somebody to strengthen and become a cornerstone of our Customer Operations team (currently 5 people)! Your responsibilities will include:

• Working together daily with our customers in proactively serving them throughout the pipeline
• Communicate with our stakeholders and plan the deliveries for our customers
• Developing relationships with our recurring customers and stakeholders and making them feel at home
• Sharing input with the rest of the LIZY team on how our product should look like to make the lives of our customers as easy as possible
• Constantly pushing the service we collectively give to our customers to the next level

About you

Ideally you possess most of these characteristics:

• Selfstarter attitude with high degree of ownership
• Natural desire to put a smile on peoples faces
• Proactive mindset to identify shortcomings and initiate new projects
• You thrive and remain calm in a dynamic fastpaced and changing environment. Everybody makes mistakes. So will you! Thats not an issue as long as you learn & we continue to move forward.
• Fluent in English French and Dutch
• (Optional) Leadership potential to manage and inspire a team of multiple people (in multiple countries)
