Working collaboratively across various teams you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer engagement strategy managing the customer engagement team and leveraging data analytics to enhance the overall customer experience.

Your Travel Essentials:

  • Strong background in customer engagement with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in data analysis customer segmentation and leveraging insights to drive engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align customer engagement strategies with broader business goals.

Destination:

Develop and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy to foster stronger relationships and increase customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with marketing sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across all touchpoints.
Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor the customer engagement team setting clear goals and KPIs and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the teams skills and capabilities.
Datadriven Insights:

Utilise data analytics and customer insights to understand customer behaviour preferences and trends and to inform customer engagement strategies.
Monitor key engagement metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Insurance industry (if youve worked in travel even better!) or similar sector experience
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
