Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance claims in Korean language
- Assess and process claims efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with policyholders agents and providers to facilitate claim resolution
- Maintain claim records and provide necessary documentation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while processing claims
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean and English languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems for claim processing
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in insurance claims handling is preferred
- Experience with medical or travel insurance claims is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
