Job Description

Join our client as a Customer Experience Specialist!

Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM ET Monday to Friday

Position: Customer Experience Specialist(LATAM)

Salary Range: $1200 $2500 USD per month

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customer success function and ensuring our clients achieve their goals. You will be responsible for a blend of strategic and administrative duties all focused on keeping our customers happy and driving business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company's commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Manage a variety of strategic and administrative tasks prioritizing business and customer needs while juggling backend operations.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support customer leads ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the client journey.
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues resolving them efficiently and promptly.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of customer success processes.
  • Foster a thriving customer community by facilitating discussions answering questions and ensuring everyone feels supported.
  • Leverage project management tools (Notion Asana or similar) to stay organized and on top of tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive support and time management assistance to our Customer Success Leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Notion Asana or other project management software.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer success role (or similar clientfacing experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and requires minimal supervision.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working with a customer success platform.
  • A passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.
