Tasks

DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THIS ROLE THEN YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

• Building new customer relationships
• Lead generation & development
• Customer counselling and sales (by phone and in person) of our recruiting and consulting services at decisionmaker level
• Strategy development and implementation for sales growth
• Support in setting up the London site

Requirements

IN ADDITION TO AN INTEREST IN OUR COMPANY YOU SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU:

• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
• Experience in B2B sales or account management
• You listen carefully and try to understand before you react
• You maintain a calm equilibrium in stressful situations to evoke the clearest thinking
• You take smart risks and are open to possible failure
• You only say things about colleagues that you say to their face
• Very good knowledge of English
• Experience in working with CRM systems or high IT affinity
