Overview
Are you looking to kickstart your career as a Trainee Health & Safety (H&S) Advisor No previous experience is required full training is provided.

You will be assisting in conducting safety inspections and risk assessments in various work environments. Furthermore the successful Candidate will be learning on the job acquiring their own portfolio of Accreditations and furthering their career in Health and Safety.
The Trainee H&S Advisor will work within a small Team to deliver training from our Client s state of the art facility in East Kent. They will also conduct visits to various premises within Kent and London assisting to carry out Health and Safety inspections and risk assessments meeting new people and delivering courses. They will assist to facilitate online learning for groups of people.
Assisting in conducting safety inspections and risk assessments in various work environments
Learning to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures to mitigate risks
Supporting the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
Gaining experience in incident investigation report writing and root cause analysis
Collaborating with senior H&S professionals to promote a culture of safety within the organization
For this role the ideal Candidate must be organised motivated be computer literate and have achieved A Levels or equivalent AC grades.
Must be confident presentable personable and enthusiastic about learning new skills such as carrying out inspections and training others (Full training will be provided)
You must be a motivated individual with a strong desire to work within the diverse field of Health and Safety.
The ideal Candidate will primarily be based at the East Kent Training Facility but must be prepared to work and travel to in a variety of settings (clinic construction sites places of business) when required.
Must be prepared and motivated to complete learning during work hours.
Must follow all the safeguarding & our health and safety procedures and policies.
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Must hold a UK Driving Licence and have own transport
