Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys and measurements to support the construction of various projects including malls townhouses villas and flats. This role requires a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and proficiency in using modern surveying equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate land surveys and measurements for various construction projects.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive survey reports maps and plans.
- Utilize GPS total stations and other modern surveying instruments to collect data.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and construction teams to provide essential data for project planning and execution.
- Establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles.
- Monitor and report on project progress ensuring adherence to design specifications and construction standards.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to land measurements and property boundaries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local and national regulations and standards related to land surveying.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Land Surveying Geomatics Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in land surveying preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS total stations theodolites and laser scanning.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other surveying software tools.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles techniques and legal aspects of land surveying.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid surveying license or certification is a plus.
