CMS - Content Specialist

What Youll Do:

As a CMS Content Specialist you will play a vital role in managing and optimising content across various platforms enhancing customer engagement and driving marketing success.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Create engaging content for the iGaming website social media channels email newsletters and other communication platforms.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Implement website updates promptly including Terms and Conditions updates banner additions and bonus introductions.
• Optimise content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyse content marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the retention team to optimise email layouts website and promotional content assets for increased customer engagement.
• Work with the design team to implement visually appealing banners frontend components and features using HTML JavaScript and CSS.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing design and retention teams to optimise conversion rates.
• Conduct competitor analysis to find content gaps and opportunities.

Requirements:

To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Content Manager within the casino/iGaming industry specifically handling frontend changes on websites through CMS.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and marketing principles.
• Solid experience in various CMS familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design and optimisation with a strong focus on enhancing user engagement and retention within the iGaming sector.
• Proficient understanding of the web development life cycle including experience with frontend changes and website management.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing website changes updates and optimisations to improve user experience and drive results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content strategy and optimisation efforts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced global environment managing multiple locales priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams including marketing design and development.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of industryspecific terminology trends and regulations related to iGaming content management.
• Casino and/or sports betting knowledge.
• Candidate need to be located in Cyprus.
