Oversee and support all aspects of delivery of products sold, to ensure top tier delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in Salesforce, in line with internal practices and expectations. This includes active maintenance of sales pipeline opportunity stages so that the pipeline is a true and accurate indicator of prospects statuses; utilizes pipeline reports to provide sales forecasts to management.
