Job Description

Financial Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assess financial risks and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters.


Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and the board of directors.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
  • Monitor and interpret financial indicators and trends to make informed recommendations.


Commercial Finance Management:

  • Oversee the financial aspects of commercial agreements, contracts, and negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights for pricing decisions, cost control, and profitability assessment.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to evaluate potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.


Financial Operations and Control:

  • Establish and maintain effective financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  • Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments, promoting a cohesive and results-oriented work environment.
