Job Description

At Craftly we create and sell DIY kits for drinks food and cosmetics to inspire creativity and engage people in handson projects. With hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide and continuous yearly growth were looking for passionate individuals to help us expand sustainably.
Join our highly motivated and friendly team in Berlin Kreuzberg as a Sales Internship (B2B) starting now.

Tasks

You will assist in managing relationships with existing B2B customers and trade partners.

  • You will support the team in devising strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding into new markets.
  • You will identify prepare and participate in relevant trade fairs and events.
  • Collaborating with our product management marketing operations and sales teams youll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and help improve our sales processes.
  • You will serve as a point of contact for our customers assisting in daytoday operations and coordinating order processing.
  • You will help create presentations sales materials and competitive analyses.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with business level of German and English language.
  • Residing in Berlin/its vicinity or openness to relocating for the new role.
  • Enthusiasm for the DIY drink and food market is evident.
  • Professional demeanor drive and a handson mentality are characteristic traits.
  • Proficiency in presentations negotiation skills drive and a handson mentality are your strong points.
  • Initial experience in business development preferably in the drinks/food/gifts sector is a big plus.
