As our Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d) at Superchat you will be the driving force behind streamlining processes and automating tasks across our GoToMarket teams. By optimizing our operations you are all about boosting revenue and making things run smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

• You spot inefficiencies across all GTM teams from marketing to customer success and implement and streamline highly automated processes to increase the companys efficiency
• You own and constantly optimize and evaluate the current tool stack creating a clear structure for how teams work with the tools
• You set up new highly automated revenue and lead channels
• You establish a continuous flow of information between all GTM teams ensuring efficient communication and smooth handovers so no information gets lost
• You lead datadriven and special projects such as collecting data from product and GTM teams to test new approaches and initiatives like reducing sales rampup time and increasing customer retention

About you:

You can be anything! Lateral entrant are very welcome. What matters is that:

• You have an urge to fix things and cant tolerate inefficient processes
• You have the ability to quickly find and understand new tools for different use cases from data analytics (e.g. Amplitude) to sales enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo)
• You always apply a datadriven approach to problemsolving and you have basic knowledge of product and project management skills
• You ideally have experience with automations and no/low code tools and possess a strong business understanding
• You are fluent in English
