Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements

Certification or license in therapy/coaching (where applicable).

Experience in personal therapy or coaching.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Comfortable with technology and providing services through a digital platform.

Empathetic openminded and nonjudgmental approach.

Have a hustle mindset

Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Understanding of diverse orientations identities relationship dynamics and practices including unique preferences and interests.

Ability to create a safe inclusive and supportive environment for clients to explore and understand their personal interests.

Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
