The Director of BD will beprimarily responsible for the sales of data management andbiostatistics. FSP experience is aplus! PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES Executesales activities to drive market adoption and awareness of companyservices Match company capabilities and uniqueniche offerings to clients Secure and maintainprofessional relationships with clients, develop early visibilityto new projects and business development opportunities, and liaisewith technical and operational colleagues to deliver qualityon-time services to our clients Stay abreastand react to industry news and trends Identify,qualify, and develop new sales leads (build thepipeline) Secure and manage professionalrelationships with clients Deliver sales andcapabilities presentations, in person, by phone, by social media,by email Attend Trade Shows asrequired Provide input and to proposaldevelopment Negotiate and close new business,and grow existing client business Meet orexceed realistic salestargets QUALIFICATIONS: Priorsales experience in the pharma/biotech space is essential, ideallywith a mid-sized or large CROSignificantexperience cultivating relationships and growing salespipeline Demonstrated experience in a remotebased global sales organization and drivingresults Experience in closing large revenuedeals with sales cycles from 3-18monthsWORKENVIRONMENT • Thrive inan intense, do-it-yourself, start-upenvironment • Ability to work well within across-functional team environment and diversecommunities • Global company with this rolebeing remote-based anywhere in the US (Preferable Chicago ORBoston) BENEFITS • Health, dental, vision, Rx, long-term disability, short-termdisability, and life insurance • Vacation, PTO,and holidays • Matching 401(k
