The Travel & Tourism Trainer designs develops and delivers training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Training Programs: Create and update training materials and courses.
2. Deliver Training: Conduct inperson and Online/Offlinetraining sessions workshops and seminars.
3. Evaluate Participants: Assess participant progress and provide feedback.
4. Stay Updated: Keep informed about industry trends and best practices.
5. Certification: Ensure programs meet industry standards and issue certifications.
6. Marketing: Promote training programs and build industry relationships.
7. Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and improve training methods.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism Hospitality Management or related field. Masters preferred.
• Experience: 35 years in the travel and tourism industry with 2 years in training.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications
