Sales Manager - North

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who would be responsible to develop and implement effective sales strategies and sales targets. Moreoverhe/She should also be able to review current market trends and competitor offerings. He/She should also be able to address customers queries and help them make the right purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales through extensive Chemist coverage in his/her area of control

• Creating a distribution oriented financially strong distributor/dealer network in his/her area.

• He/She will be accountable to create the brand imagery among the targeted customers/influencers and ensure best of services through top class in field execution.

• He/She should be willing to travel and selfdriven. The role is individual contributory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Passionate for sales

• Eye for spotting sales opportunities

• Fluency in local regional language

• Proven sales experience in FMCG/OTC/Health Care

• Owning 2 wheeler & ready to travel locally on bike

• Proficiency in Sales software
