Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated contact for customers answering questions and providing advice.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
• Conducting demonstration calls
• Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback.
• Proactively contact customers postimplementation based on account health metrics.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate as necessary.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experienceworking in a Customer Support role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
• Flexibility to work in US/nightshift hours.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
