Requirements
- University qualification (or equivalent) in computerscience or in a related discipline
- Knowledge of robotics and a solid mathematical background (trajectory planning vibration compensation implement FEM models in code)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all professional levels and functions: holistic analytic thinking empathic
- At least 8 years of professional experience in stateoftheart software development
- 35 years of leadership of highly qualified people
- Transformational leadership style
- Like to work in a dynamic and ambitious international environment appreciating different cultures
- Adequate authority: able of providing clear direction to your software team members
- Experience in modern C
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Fluent English skills; preferably German as well
