Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware software networks and peripherals
Install configure and maintain computer systems software applications and peripherals
Provide technical support to staff via phone email and inperson assistance
Document technical issues solutions and procedures
Maintain and update knowledge of current IT trends and technologies
Assist with the implementation of new technologies and software upgrades
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
Train staff on new technologies and software applications
Requirements
A minimum of 12 years of experience in a technical support role
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service orientation
A or equivalent certification preferred
