Job Description

Assist with recruitment efforts including screening resumes scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.

Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

Maintain accurate and uptodate employee files.

Assist with benefits administration including processing paperwork and answering employee questions.

Conduct research and prepare reports on HRrelated topics.

Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Perform other HRrelated duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of Ghanaian/African labor laws (a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for HR and a desire to learn.
