Imagry is looking for an experienced QA Manager to join our R&D team reporting to the VP R&D.
The QA Manager will manage the growing QA team and implement QA tools and procedures.
This is an opportunity for a position in the autonomous driving industry with realworld experience in features testing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and review of comprehensive test plans for complex multidisciplinary systems.
- Manage software test cycles which include: running test scenarios and configuration management.
- Oversee the establishment of the automation infrastructure.
- Report the main software / hardware issues to the appropriate development engineer. This requires an understanding of the autonomous driving technology and the ability to pinpoint the problem location as well which team member is responsible to fix it within the R&D dept.
- Define QA procedures and required tools.
- Define KPIs analyzing data to create visualization dashboards.
- Define and implement professional testing techniques and methodologies.
- Define methods of AIrelated product validation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train new team members.
Requirements :
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or any other technical related field
- 8 years of proven experience in QA starting as a QA Engineer and developing into a QA Team Leader preferably in the automotive defense or medical industries
- 3 years of proven experience in managing a team of QA automation engineers
- Proven experience in building a QA team and procedures
- Experience with test design for a regulated industry
Skills that are considered an advantage:
- Experience working with automotive companies
- Knowledge of autonomous systems concepts and algorithms
- Experience with testing of AI models utilized in autonomous systems
- Experience with testing RB1 tools and frameworks
- ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications
