Shift Manager

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers during assigned shifts ensuring efficient operations adherence to schedules and achievement of production targets.

• Oversee daily production activities monitor production processes and ensure compliance with safety quality and hygiene standards.

• Track and evaluate team performance providing feedback training and development opportunities to enhance skills and productivity.

• Identify and address operational issues promptly implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.

• Prepare and present shift reports communicate effectively with other shift managers and departments and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business Management or a related field. Relevant certifications in production management or operations are a plus.

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.

• Familiarity with production processes equipment and safety regulations. Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
