The Role:
Join us as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and coordinate our information & cyber security strategy. Reporting to the Vice President Group IT youll safeguard our digital assets ensure compliance and combat cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and communicate our security vision and strategy. Advise executive leadership on emerging threats.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments develop frameworks and collaborate on regulatory compliance.
- Security Operations: Optimize security technologies and manage incident response.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain governance structures and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
- Team Development: Build and guide a toptier security team fostering growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years in cybersecurity roles with 2 years in senior leadership.
- Expertise in cybersecurity principles threat intelligence and security architecture.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in multinational or regulated industries preferred.
- Proven strategic leadership in a global fastpaced environment.
- Experience with security vendors and financial forecasting.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
