Job Description

Position: Senior Recruiter.

Company’s Website:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm CST

Location: Remote South Africa

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement

Compensation: R20.000 R28.000 per month depending on experience

Language: Must have a professional verbal and written understanding of English.

Scope of the role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates conducting interviews and managing the overall interview and selection process. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals and will be responsible for building longterm relationships with them.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates use various search methods (top 34 platforms used) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Conduct internal assessments prescreening grammar initial and second interviews.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview and selection process.
  • Keep candidates warm by providing updates on job postings.
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Define job description and document specifications.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to the clients
  • Build longterm client relationships.
  • Develop a sustainable candidatelead strategy.
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager for projects updates and reports
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of recruiting experience in endtoend recruitment.
  • Client facing experience and global experience recruiting. (Must have)
  • Knowledge using a CRM preferably HubSpot (Nice to have)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
