Job Description
Role: HR Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon (5 days WFO)
Candidate with min 1 year of experience in extensive inside sales hiring (preferably in edtech sector)
Ability to effectively source candidate profiles from various recruiting channels e.g. job portals LinkedIn
Ability to build rapport in initial candidate screening to avoid no shows during interview and post offer stage
Handle volume / bulk hiring at sales BDR level (min 15 joining a month) and later hirings for other verticals
Hands on experience on office tools MS office Google sheets Docs Emails and ability to manage data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence in speaking with candidates internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
Acumen to understand the business well and find the right fitment in terms of skills and attitude.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Establish connects and drive initiatives with campuses for hiring freshers
