Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :
Complete the loan processing in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain a working knowledge of Conventional loans. Should know Fannie & Freddie guidelines.
Knowledge of FHA VA Bond and/or USDA loans.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Have knowledge of credit analysis and identify any prior credit history issues or concerns.
Have basic knowledge of appraisal report analysis.
Basic knowledge of reviewing all types of insurance policy related documents (MI/HOI/Condo/Flood).
Verify and analyse income to calculate debt to income ratios. (Including selfemployment income)
Analyse and review preliminary title report to identify liens judgements and CCRs to help in decision making.
Have knowledge of 2015 fee Itemization.
Effective communication with various vendors like Appraisers Title company Borrowers Employers to complete the requirements of the loan.
Release the needs list and acquire all the documents as per the list and submit the loan to Underwriting and Closing departments.
