Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Planning:
- Collaborate closely with the project manager and management team to plan and develop electrical project strategies.
- Conduct resource planning for your designated area or review subcontractors resource plans.
- Provide weekly progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols on site.
- Efficiently order materials from warehouses to ensure a smooth workflow.
Project Execution Excellence:
- Coordinate seamlessly with other contractors to integrate electrical systems into the overall project.
- Conduct weekly site meetings with other contractors for effective communication and coordination.
- Participate in client inspections to showcase project milestones.
Quality Control and Adaptability:
- Monitor project progress and proactively make adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Implement stringent quality control procedures to guarantee that work meets or exceeds industry standards.
Effective Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain open lines of communication with other contractors and team members to ensure a collaborative work environment.
- Provide regular updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings blueprints and schematics.
- Indepth knowledge of electrical components and cables.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel Outlook and Teams.
- Several years of experience in electrical foreman/supervisory roles or related positions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
