We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Corporate Recruiter to join our Global People department in Cluj. This role is pivotal to our organizations success as you will be responsible for all Corporate Recruitment activities across our global business. You will play a critical role in finding and securing top talent ensuring we build a dynamic diverse and driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities
FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates for corporate positions.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and methods to identify and engage with potential candidates globally.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a friendly professional approach.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape to attract the best talent.
Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Employer Branding: Work on initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and global employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
Experience: Proven experience in corporate recruitment preferably in a global or multinational environment.
Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment best practices and current employment legislation.
Technology: Proficient in using recruitment tools and software including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
