Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our global recruitment team. As a Freelance Recruiter you will play a critical role in sourcing and engaging top talent for a variety of roles worldwide. This is a remote position providing the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source screen and interview candidates for global positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using different recruitment platforms and channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement.
- Maintain and update candidate databases ensuring timely communication with candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in global recruitment ideally as a freelancer.
- Expertise in sourcing talent across different regions and industries.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Location: Remote Global

Compensation: Paid in USD competitive based on placement.
