What you will do:

• Discover: You find out where the shoe really pinches users and stakeholders.
• Define: You discover opportunities that connect user needs with business interests.
• Design: You develop usercentred strategies and concepts for applications services and digital communication.
• Deliver: as part of an interdisciplinary team you ensure the quality of the solution all the way to the end.
• You support the moderation of workshops with users customers colleagues and external experts.

Requirements

What we expect:

• A degree in media conception information design media informatics or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in the development of usercentred digital concepts and solutions preferably in an Agency Environment or similar
• Experience with usercentred design methods in research and solution development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• In addition to an analytical mindset you enjoy dealing with people and their needs
• Fluent in English
• A flair for and curiosity about trends and innovations
