Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including hotel reservations, ticketing, and itineraries.
Ensure timely and cost-effective travel solutions while adhering to company travel policies.
Arrange travel logistics for the CEO, including accommodation, transportation, and scheduling.
2- Personal Assistant to the CEO:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and other team members.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
3- Operational Support:
Assist operation managers in their day-to-day activities, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Support in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
Contribute to tasks as directed by the management team.
Perform additional duties as required to support the efficient operation of the office.
4- Office Management:
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
