Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to deliver exceptional solutions. This role requires a mix of technical expertise business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs gather requirements and provide expert advice on Salesforce solutions.
  
• Solution Design: Develop and present tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  
• Implementation: Configure and customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products.
  
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using tools such as MuleSoft REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  
• Training and Support: Provide training to endusers and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
  
• Project Management: Manage project timelines deliverables and client expectations ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for solutions including technical specifications process flows and user guides.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features releases and industry trends to continuously improve the quality of service provided.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
  
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration customization Apex Visualforce Lightning components and other Salesforce development tools.
  
• Languages: Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required; proficiency in all three languages is a strong asset.
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
