About the Role
Redline is actively seeking an Agent Success Manager to collaborate directly with our real estate agents providing support guidance and mentorship to elevate their performance. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in real estate sales a genuine passion for coaching and development and an unwavering commitment to ensuring the success of our valued agents.
You will serve as a dependable source of guidance for our real estate agents offering valuable insights and expert advice. Your dedication to the real estate sector will be evident through your proactive advocacy for the growth and success of our agents.
What s Involved
Business Planning and Target Setting
Collaborate with real estate agents to develop effective business plans.
Set clear targets and goals for agents and assist them in overcoming challenges to achieve success.
Mentoring and Support:
Provide or arrange mentoring and support to agents for increased productivity.
Identify gaps in skills or knowledge and arrange for indepth mentorship and training either inhouse or through external resources.
Training and Education:
Ensure agents have access to and receive the necessary training and education to succeed.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for ongoing agent development.
Lead Distribution Assignment and Tracking:
Implement a system for lead distribution and assignment among agents based on their strengths and expertise.
Track leads through the sales pipeline ensuring timely followup and effective conversion strategies.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Performance Monitoring:
Keep records of agents productivity and ensure accountability to set targets.
Monitor CRM and lead activity ensuring effective lead management and conversion.
Reporting and Communication:
Report on sales activities to the Broker of Record (BOR) to facilitate performance management decisions.
New Agent Onboarding:
Work closely with new agents during the onboarding process providing additional training and coaching as needed.
FirstLevel Support:
Serve as the firstlevel support for phone inquiries from (junior) agents helping them overcome challenges and navigate obstacles.
Complaint Handling:
Act as the first point of contact for all external complaints from agents and clients.
Manage all Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) complaints and insurance claims
Talent Specs
3 year s proven experience in real estate sales and management.
3 years experience as a real estate salesperson.
Indepth knowledge of RECA regulations and standards.
Experience in lead management within the real estate industry.
Welldeveloped business financial and administrative management skills
Ability to work inoffice with availability in evenings and weekends when assistance is required.
Passionate and resultsdriven leader who can motivate & inspire others through enthusiasm collaboration empathy and open dialogue.
Excellent written and verbal communication with highly tuned presentation skills.
