Intermediate BAS Accountant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients focusing on financial planning strategy and performance improvement.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and management reports.
• Conduct indepth financial analysis to support business decisionmaking and strategic planning.
• Assist clients with tax planning compliance and optimization ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and partners on complex client engagements and projects.
• Implement and support accounting software and systems tailored to client needs.
• Prepare business plans forecasts and performance analyses for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards tax laws and industry trends to provide informed advice.

Qualifications:

• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
• 23 years of experience in a business advisory or public practice accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles tax regulations and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
